Philosophy
I believe in the power of people and their willingness to do good, to perform, to work with meaningful things, to improve and evolve. And based on my experience of more than 30 years leading groups and teams. I’m convinced that given the right conditions individuals and groups can achieve the most incredible results.
Everything is possible.
As a water drop creates ripples on the water surface, we all individually influence the environment we exist in and the people in it. My role is the same as the water drop’s: To create ripples on the surface...to create the right conditions and to help remove as many obstacle as needed in order to let magic happens.

I have a background in IT/Telecom business where I have been working since 1986. Gaining a wide knowledge base, with focus on Leadership and Management, Program/Project Management and methods. Solid international experience with the ability to work in different countries and speak several languages fluently.
I have experience in holding different leading positions such as CEO, CIO, development manager, consulting manager, group manager and department manager.
My broad experience and interest in different management and development methods led me to be involved in the work of the Society for Organizational Learning (SoL) where I was chairman for the Swedish chapter www.solsweden.org and also the chairman for the international umbrella of SoL Communities (Global SoL).
I find myself more and more leading change processes, supporting change.
Today I support customers to improve and develop their capacities to thrive in their day to day lives.
